Using video technology, we deliver our attentive services in the privacy of your home. Your sessions are customized with music that you prefer, inventive backdrops - from Hawaii to the Swiss Alps - all to make your training experience fun and highly effective.

No equipment at home? No worries. We supply you with a variety of equipment and tools based on your needs  - all at our cost depending on the program you choose.

As you make progress, our knowledgeable trainers continually refine your routine based on how you feel during your fitness journey. From stressful days to just feeling tired, our trainers listen first and foremost to you - making adjustments to your sessions on the spot.

MyZoomGym Trainers have a minimum of 6 years of experience with a top tier club or gym. Many have additional skills in dance, yoga, bar method  and certifications in  NCSF, Pre/Post Natal, Zumba, ViPR, Kangoo Jumps, TRX, Power Plate, Kettlebells, Barre Burn, Trigger Point.
